Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 10–18 business days. Delivery times may vary based on product demand and destination, but you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order is processed and shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. It may take 2–5 business days for tracking to update depending on the carrier.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. Additional regions may be added in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need to update an order, contact us at support@tryeverydayease.com

Refunds & Claims

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-Day Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll issue a refund. You do not need to return the item.

Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or items ordered incorrectly.
We only refund items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. This helps us keep prices fair while maintaining product quality.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?
Email us at support@tryeverydayease.com within 30 days with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo or video of the product

We'll take care of it quickly.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

My tracking hasn’t updated. Is that normal?
Yes — depending on the carrier, tracking may take a few business days to update.
If it hasn’t updated in 5-7 days, reach out and we’ll look into it for you.

My package is marked delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What now?
Packages may sometimes be scanned early or delivered to a secure location. We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors
  • Confirming your shipping address
  • Waiting 24–48 hours (this resolves most cases)
  • If you still can’t locate your package, contact us and we’ll help.

If your package cannot be located after we investigate, you’ll be covered by our Delivery Guarantee.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Shop Pay and other secure checkout options.
